RETURN, EXCHANGE and PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
It is our mission at Rendezvous Limited to make sure you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with the
product, we will gladly accept, within limitations, the return of your
unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund of the
original purchase price or for an exchange of same or other product.
We hope you will appreciate the need for the receipt of the return in a
timely manner of 60 days from the initial purchase, unless otherwise stated
on a product by product basis. Any return of product that has had a previous
clearance price applied should be returned within 30 days from the initial
purchase for a full refund.
However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions
apply:
• Holiday gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to the end
of January. (up to 90 days, this situation only)
• Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to April
15.
Returned merchandise should be sent, where possible, in the same shipping
packaging including any vendor packaging or marketing materials sent to
illustrate use or warranty of the product, and any protective wrap or
identity tags for either branding, use, wash instructions, etc. Used
merchandise cannot be returned unless it is deemed defective. Please be very
specific when identifying the reason for return and the placement / location
of the defect and why the product cannot be used. In some cases, where these
conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee
charge of 10% to return that merchandise to inventory in a condition and
manner for resale.
A pick up fee might apply to returns of large and or heavy items. This fee
will be calculated in terms of the individual item, how it will be returned,
or picked up for return and the transportation and distance required.
Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not
refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the receipt and processing of your return, and
depending upon the process and cycle of your credit card company to see that
refund appear on your credit card statement. If you have asked for an
exchange, there may be no refund reflected or the residual cost due or
a refund will appear in your next future credit card statement.
All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original
packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued. Any personal items used
internally on the body cannot be returned. If these items are returned they will
be sent back to the customer at their own risk and expense. All underwear,
lingerie, and intimate apparel items must not be worn, washed, used or
separated from any materials that they were shipped with e.g. tags, wash
instructions, sales material, special gift with purchase, etc.

RETURNS
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior
notice.
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the
reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price
toward another DoYouRendezvous.com purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose
your packing slip with the item and ship the package, prepaid and insured,

Original Customer Order Number
Your full name, address, zip code, contact telephone number and email

If you do not have the original customer order number, it is especially
important to include your email

The reason for the return.
Your preference of refund or replacement, with any details of the exchange
required.
If using the original packaging, please ensure that your own address label is
covered up. Please write your order number on the top left hand side of the
package, to assist us in identification on return to DoYouRendezvous.com.
Please keep any receipts you were given from the transportation provider at
the time the return was made. If there is a problem it will provide evidence
of shipment and the ability to track the shipment. If returned via UPS or
USPS or FEDEX, you may use this documentation to track the return shipment
process and receipt by us via their individual websites.
TAKE NOTE: When a gift is returned, DoYouRendezvous.com will issue a
Merchandise Credit to the original and intended recipient of the gift for the
amount of the returned merchandise whether you or they return the gift.
EXCHANGES
If you have requested an exchange of a higher value, any difference due will
be charged to the card used to pay for the original order. Please note that,
on orders paid for with only a gift card, we are unable to process
replacements of a higher value than is available on the gift card. In these
circumstances, you should request a refund for the returned goods. Once this
refund has been processed to your gift card you will then be able to use the
balance to place a new order, giving your additional payment details for any
extra balance on the order form.
RETURN OF A GIFT BY THE PERSON RECEIVING THE GIFT
You can return the goods as normal. Please refer to the returns process and
guidelines above. Again, please make sure that all the original paperwork is
returned with the unused product. If you choose to make a return of a gift,
do understand that as a part of our automated system return process, the
purchaser and sender of the gift will automatically be notified by email of
the return, refund, or exchange of the gift. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent
this due to the system requirements.
If you request an exchange of items or a replacement of items of a higher
value than were originally sent to you as a gift, we would require the
purchaser’s permission before making such a transaction resulting in an
additional charge to their credit card. Any difference can be paid on your
own credit card without the approval of the original purchaser. If you want
to do this, please state this explicitly on the returns form and include very
clear contact details where we can reach you to make payment and include the
credit card information including credit card number, expiration date, and
security code for us to process this type of transaction through our system.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change. With the exception of permanent Sale, Clearance
and Final Clearance items, we offer an online, single order refund or price
adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. The
refund or credit for the price adjustment will be issued for the difference
of the original retail price and the corresponding sale or price adjustment
within that 10 day range only. The exclusions include permanent sale,
clearance, and final clearance items.
Despite our best efforts to bring you the best, accurate and most competitive
pricing on the product assortments that appear on the Web site, from time to
time the accuracy of our pricing may not be correct due to clerical or copy
errors. At DoYouRendezvous.com, we reserve the right to correct or modify,
change, or hold to the intended pricing despite possible error. For any
questions regarding pricing, please contact us at customerservice@DoYouRendezvous.com.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you
the lower amount when your order is shipped.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our
discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to
contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.

ORDER CANCELLATION
In the event you choose to order personalized or monogrammed items, please
order them very carefully and review your order before submitting it.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled once they are in
process of being worked on or in the shipping process, and these items are
not at any time returnable.
You may cancel your DoYouRendezvous.com order as long as the order status is
“in-process”. If the order status is already “shipped”, the order cannot be
cancelled and must follow the return procedures should you choose not to keep
the product(s). Again, a restocking fee may apply to certain items cancelled
or returned after 30 days from the original order date.
Please order personalized and monogrammed items carefully; personalized and
monogrammed orders cannot be canceled, and personalized and monogrammed items
are not returnable.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
DoYouRendezvous.com reserves the right to limit quantities.
DoYouRendezvous.com offers a wide and in most cases a deep selection of the
products we feel our customers would like and appreciate. We constantly
review our assortments adding new and exciting product and deleting some
products due to seasonality, lack of interest, or no longer being provided by
our vendors or manufacturers.
IN STOCK MERCHANDISE
Merchandise in our inventory at the time of order, usually within 3 days.
DoYouRendezvous.com will let you know at the checkout or by a follow up
message via email that merchandise you have selected in not currently in
stock, need to confirm next delivery, or give you an anticipated delivery
date. Anticipated delivery dates will appear at the time of the checkout. All
orders are subject to credit approval, in stock or otherwise, at the time of
processing the request.
From time to time, a product that you initially ordered will no longer be
available the next time you visit the Website. Product presentations and
items will be retired or no longer ordered by us or at the direction of the
manufacturers to make room for the new items. Once retired, we will make
every effort to try to send you the item requested should we own it in our
inventories. If we cannot, please review our suggested substitutions or
select a second choice on your own.
BACKORDERS
There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There is only one shipping &
handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent.
Additional shipments are shipped at no additional cost.
EXCLUSIVE ITEMS
Items developed exclusively for DoYouRendezvous.com are exclusive to us. We
hope that you will enjoy them. Do note that we will review, change, modify
and improve this product often, and the product may change slightly from your
last purchase. Many times we will also receive exclusive offerings from our
vendors and manufacturers on a one time purchase offering basis.

SHIPPING POLICY
This is the charge calculated for the internet order or direct mail funds
payment process for item selection and payment, packaging, processing,
transport and handling. Any special delivery requests including special and
or future delivery dates and special handling may include additional charges.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed because shipment is handled with carriers
and shippers whose process we have no control over. As delivery times are not
guaranteed, not withstanding any additional charges, our best approximation
will vary with specific requests, e.g. a special gift box other than the one
we offer with your purchase, gift wrap, and any personalization charges e.g.
monogramming.
Payment can be made by most major credit cards including American Express,
MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, or Discover Card.
Unless specifically defined or relative to a particular holiday, shipments
and deliveries occur only on business days. The services of delivery may be
available at a charge to handle or ship the product outside normal shipment
periods.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval
and stock availability. You may choose either standard shipping (no signature
required) or express shipping (signature required).
Delivery and shipment charges are subject to review and change and will be
determined at the time of the actual order.

We are required by law to collect sales taxes on shipments delivered in the
State of Ohio. All sales are FOB point of origin.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
STANDARD DELIVERY - Unless an expedited service is requested by the customer,
you should received the order in approximately 5 – 7 business days after
shipment or less, if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST).
TWO DAY DELIVERY (for In-Stock Items)
When Second Day Delivery is requested, if ordered by 2:00p.m.(EST), your
order should arrive within 2 business days after being shipped. Weekend
orders will be processed on the next business day and should arrive within 2
business days after shipping. Some drop ship, heavy or bulk items may not
qualify for this expedited service. A signature may be required and
additional charges may apply if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Some zip codes are not available for this service because of location or
proximity.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (for In Stock Items)
If you request overnight delivery, your order should arrive by the next
business day after shipping. Weekend orders will be processed on the next
business day and these shipments should arrive on the next business day after
shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A
signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than
one attempt to deliver the order is made. Some zip codes are not available
for this service.
For Orders to Canada: (Shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio)
At this time, we can only allow online international deliveries to Canadian
addresses only.
• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
• Shipping is via UPS Worldwide Express™
• The order is delivered directly within 7 - 10 days.
• Large items such as live plants and some food items and alcohol based
products cannot be sent to Canada.
• We cannot ship items in gift boxes because of customs restrictions.
• UPS Worldwide Express™ will charge the package recipient all applicable
duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery.
Once ordered, we will first send you an email quoting at the receipt of the
order but before processing the order, both an estimated date for delivery
and the additional charges to ship the product into the foreign country. All
duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and not the
responsibility of Rendezvous Limited. In order to offer you this additional
information we must have your correct email address to verify both the
validity of the order and to get your express approval of your acceptance of
the additional costs due to shipment, handling, duties and taxes and the
estimated date for delivery. We will not process an international order till
we receive a return email from you with your acceptance of these additional

Although we will always try our best during packing, there will be times when
items ordered together may be delivered separately. In those cases, the
Shipping and Handling charges will be allocated over shipments, but those
charges may not be evenly spread. Some orders may require more than one
package to ship.
Orders of multiple items from different online visits or purchases may result in
different Shipping and Handling charges. Those charges will be taken from the
most recent and current delivery rates at the time of the individual
purchase. The Shipping and Handling rates may change from visit to visit as
posted on the online site.
If you request to change the destination address after a shipment has been
released and is in-route, an additional shipping and handling charge will be
assessed.
Certain consumer commodities handled on the Web site that are considered
hazardous materials, such aerosols, fragrances, alcohol based products,
fragrance medians for fragrance lamps, and other items deemed as hazardous
during transportation. This Web site’s policy is to ship these items as
Standard Shipping and Handling to the U.S. locations only and to prohibit the
shipping of them to any international locations including any APO/FPO
addresses, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Returns back to our warehouse facilities may affect the final Shipping and
Handling charges. The Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless
the merchandise shipped is damaged or deemed defective. Returns for reasons
due to DoYouRendezvous.com will receive a shipping and handling credit as the
Shipping and Handling was originally allocated, which may result in a final
Shipping and Handling charge after the return that differs from the
originally quoted rate.
Rate are subject to change at our discretion and without further notice but
will be posted on the Web site.
DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES
Second day and next day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All
standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please
feel to contact us via email at customerservice@doyourendezvous.com, if you
have any questions when you will receive your order. Please allow us a proper
amount of time to respond to the email.
PERISHABLE GOODS
Currently DoYouRendezvous.com does not carry immediately perishable goods in
its merchandise assortments. At any time should we carry such items, other
than where these items will be sent by another provider other than through
our normal shipping methods, delivery of these items will be available only
Tuesday through Friday only, with no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Holiday
deliveries.
DROP SHIP ITEMS
Drop Ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door.
Second Day and Next Day shipping are not available on these items. Additional
time should be allowed for processing the order and very heavy items may take
up to four to six weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us via
email at customerservice@doyourendezvous.com if you have questions regarding
when you may receive your order.
PACKAGE INSPECTION
We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the
delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected,
note the damage on all delivery receipts should you be required to sign for
the product received. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise
may be damaged, please refuse delivery and email us at customerservice@doyourendezvous.com
