SHIPPING POLICY
This is the charge calculated for the internet order or direct mail funds payment process for item selection and payment, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Any special delivery requests including special and or future delivery dates and special handling may include additional charges. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed because shipment is handled with carriers and shippers whose process we have no control over. As delivery times are not guaranteed, not withstanding any additional charges, our best approximation will vary with specific requests, e.g. a special gift box other than the one we offer with your purchase, gift wrap, and any personalization charges e.g. monogramming.
Payment can be made by most major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, or Discover Card.
Unless specifically defined or relative to a particular holiday, shipments and deliveries occur only on business days. The services of delivery may be available at a charge to handle or ship the product outside normal shipment periods.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. You may choose either standard shipping (no signature required) or express shipping (signature required).
Delivery and shipment charges are subject to review and change and will be determined at the time of the actual order.

TAXES
We are required by law to collect sales taxes on shipments delivered in the State of Ohio. All sales are FOB point of origin.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
STANDARD DELIVERY - Unless an expedited service is requested by the customer, you should received the order in approximately 5 - 7 business days after shipment or less, if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST).
TWO DAY DELIVERY (for In-Stock Items)
When Second Day Delivery is requested, if ordered by 2:00p.m.(EST), your order should arrive within 2 business days after being shipped. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day and should arrive within 2 business days after shipping. Some drop ship, heavy or bulk items may not qualify for this expedited service. A signature may be required and additional charges may apply if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service because of location or proximity.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (for In Stock Items)
If you request overnight delivery, your order should arrive by the next business day after shipping. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day and these shipments should arrive on the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt to deliver the order is made. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
For Orders to Canada: (Shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio)
At this time, we can only allow online international deliveries to Canadian addresses only.
o Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
o Shipping is via UPS Worldwide Express™
o The order is delivered directly within 7 - 10 days.
o Large items such as live plants and some food items and alcohol based products cannot be sent to Canada.
o We cannot ship items in gift boxes because of customs restrictions.
o UPS Worldwide Express™ will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery.
Once ordered, we will first send you an email quoting at the receipt of the order but before processing the order, both an estimated date for delivery and the additional charges to ship the product into the foreign country. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and not the responsibility of Rendezvous Limited. In order to offer you this additional information we must have your correct email address to verify both the validity of the order and to get your express approval of your acceptance of the additional costs due to shipment, handling, duties and taxes and the estimated date for delivery. We will not process an international order till we receive a return email from you with your acceptance of these additional costs and delivery date. Although we will always try our best during packing, there will be times when items ordered together may be delivered separately. In those cases, the Shipping and Handling charges will be allocated over shipments, but those charges may not be evenly spread. Some orders may require more than one package to ship.
Orders of multiple items from different online visits or purchases may result in different Shipping and Handling charges. Those charges will be taken from the most recent and current delivery rates at the time of the individual purchase. The Shipping and Handling rates may change from visit to visit as posted on the online site.
If you request to change the destination address after a shipment has been released and is in-route, an additional shipping and handling charge will be assessed.
Returns back to our warehouse facilities may affect the final Shipping and Handling charges. The Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise shipped is damaged or deemed defective. Returns for reasons due to DoYouRendezvous.com will receive a shipping and handling credit as the Shipping and Handling was originally allocated, which may result in a final Shipping and Handling charge after the return that differs from the originally quoted rate.
Rates are subject to change at our discretion and without further notice but will be posted on the Web site.
DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES
Second day and next day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel to contact us via email at customerservice@doyourendezvous.com, if you have any questions when you will receive your order. Please allow us a proper amount of time to respond to the email.
PERISHABLE GOODS
Currently DoYouRendezvous.com does not carry immediately perishable goods in its merchandise assortments. At any time should we carry such items, other than where these items will be sent by another provider other than through our normal shipping methods, delivery of these items will be available only Tuesday through Friday only, with no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Holiday deliveries.
DROP SHIP ITEMS
Drop Ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second Day and Next Day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order and very heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. PACKAGE INSPECTION
We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts should you be required to sign for the product received. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and email us at customerservice@doyourendezvous.com or when appropriate call our customer service department.
